- Responsibilities: Youth (4 to 17 years old) English teaching and tutoring, Demo class, marketing activities, students‘ assessment, etc.
a. Working Schedule: 24 teaching hours and 2 days off per week. Possible teaching hours are 16:00 to 21:00 during the week and 08:00 to 20:00 on the weekends.
b. Class size: 5 to 10 in one class.
c. Office hour: Not required, no more than 8 hours per week for weekly meetings or trainings. (Usually 2 hours per week)
- Requirement:
a. Nationality: Native English Speaking countries. British, American, Canadian, Australian, New Zealander, Irish, or great experiences and accent from South Africa.
b. Degree: BA and above. With youth English teaching experience.
c. Age: 20 to 57.
d. Contract:1 to 3 years.
e. Qualification: TEFL or TESOL or at least 2 years related experiences.
- Payment:
a. Salary: RMB16000-20000 per month, (before tax)
b. Accommodation: Provide 1st month dorm for free if not in summer time.
c. Holidays: 11 public holidays plus 5 paid holidays.
d. Visa: Working visa, (must provide proper documents required)
e. Medical: Medical insurance and annual health check.
f. Training: 5 to 10 days paid trainings per year.
g. Term Bonus: Available as to the term evaluations.
h. Travel Bonus: RMB9000 after every 12 months’ service.
i. Profit Share: Will get profit share when the center has a certain profit of the financial year.
g. Chinese Tutor: Free Chinese tutor is available
