• Monthly salary 9050RMB for 22 classes/week for 5-6 working days( 2-6 classes/day between 8:30am-9:30pm)
Visa and work permits organized and paid for by ILA
• Free shared apartment or allowance 1350RMB monthly
• 2 weeks semi-paid training and 6 weeks probation( same salary)
• Annual travel bonus 9050RMB

• Paid sick leaves,marriage leaves,maternity leavesand compassinate leaves
• One month's paid annual leave per annum for all salaried teachers ,35-40 days paid holiday in the 2nd and 3 rd yr .

Minimum Requirements
1) University degree: This must be a 3 year bachelor degree or higher
2) To be a native English speaker
3) A qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA or equivalent)preferable
4) 2 years full time teaching experience
• A clean police clearance certificate from your home country.
