JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with top management teams to draw strategic plans and grow the business
Lead, train and develop finance team (3-4 subordinates)
Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems
Overall cash flow management on an ongoing basis
Be responsible of all financial and administrative matters with the bank
Be responsible of all legal and juridical issues (company structure, relationship with government, etc.)
Formulation of annual budgets and targets
Presentation of monthly P&L and other accounts with analysis and recommendations
Insurance/ risk management (liability insurances, etc.)
Lead profitability analysis in cost structure and margins
Identify the cost down areas and propose action plans to reach them
Control the stock levels, movements, and ongoing situation, and come with recommendations
Support the supply chain Dept in controlling the purchasing levels and costs, and come with recommendations
Support the Sales-and Supply Chain Dept in analyzing contracts
Make weekly business analysis and foresee the future business level (dashboard)
Monitor and alert performance on previous points (cashflow, dashboard, margins, prices, purchasing, etc.)
