Successful candidates will be offered full-time teaching positions with an one-year contract.
The candidates will be provided with a working visa and should be ready to start the application process upon acceptance of the position.
Teachers are expected to participate/contribute to the following activities:
1. One week shadow/observation/training
2. To have trainings in the Field pedagogy and methodologies
3. To contribute to curriculum development projects
4. To create lesson plans
5. To provide students with a safe and comfortable learning environment.
It is important that our teachers are culturally sensitive and aware.
Candidates with the following profile are required:
1. Be a native English speaker, or a non-native speaker with an excellent command of English
2. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above
3. Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience after graduation (government regulations for working visas)
or 4. Hold an EFL teaching certificate such as 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA.
Employer Benefits:
1. Salary ranging from above 16,000 RMB (salary varies depending on work experience, educational qualifications and language proficiency)
2. Be assisted with work visa application process and the expenses will be covered by the company
3. Fully paid holidays: All Chinese National holidays and Christmas Day, with an additional 4 weeks paid holiday in summer and winter
4.Flight allowance of 6000 RMB
