First Decision International Kindergarten currently looking for teachers to start in September 2021.
Monthly Salary :
Up to 16,500RMB gross, components:
Base: Up to 13,500 gross
Monthly Performance Bonus : 1500 RMB
Accommodation : 1,500 RMB/month
Yearly bonuses:
Flight allowance : 5,000 RMB
Contract completion bonus: up to 6000RMB
Paid holidays: all Chinese public holidays, Spring Festival break, personal leave days
General Work Description
Workload (full time) :
4 to 6 x 30-minute-class/day. Class starts at 9:00-11:30AM and
2:30-4:30PM. This includes outside time/play time/organized games facilitated by the teacher.
Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (12:00-1:00PM Lunch break)
Student age : 3-6 years old
Class size : 15-25
Requirements
Native English speaker / non-native currently employed in China
Teaching experience: at least 1 year ESL teaching experience
Certification: TOEFL/TESOL certificate
Basic Tech skills: Able to operate Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Visa Sponsorship
Teachers currently legally employed in China, looking to transfer their work permit
Teachers from US/Canada/UK/Australia/NZ: BA + ESL certification
