2) At least one-year English teaching experience in China;
3) Caring students with serious attitude toward teaching;
4) Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit.
3.Salary:full time teacher will get 8000~10000/month.
4.Teachers will have plenty of team activities including traveling
5.The school has 2 districts .Full-time teacher will work for both districts .(One near Xiamen University and the other near Binbei---滨北中行)
6.Working hour:
5PM-9PM on Monday,
3:30PM-6:30PM on Wednesday ,Thursday and Friday .
8:30AM-12:00AM&2PM-6:30PM on Saturday and Sunday .
One day off every week .
7.Bonus :After 1 year of working ,there will be 5,000 cash or flight ticket of same value for full-time teacher .

Responsibilities:
1)Teach students of 3~12 years old .
2)Prepare for the lessons .
3)Give lessons for Demo and other kinds of demands about teaching.
4)Discipline the students .(very important)
5)Communicate with assistants about teaching and give feedbacks
