Special explain about overtime working:
• We work 40 hours per week with a maximum of 20 hours per week in the classroom during the off-peak seasons. We have two days off per week during the off-peak seasons.
• During the peak seasons, 8 weeks in summer, we work 26 hours per week in the classroom and have one day off per week.
