(2) be responsible for the reception of the guests, the diagnosis for the vehicles, preliminary identification of claims, talk and then reach an agreement with the users
(3) be responsible for the repair and maintenance, vehicle usage advisory services, and reminding service.
(4) be responsible for the balance of workshop production, production scheduling.
(5) telling the user’s ideas to the technicians, and responsible for fault description, repair task allocation.
(6) vehicles comprehensive testing (including appearance), necessary test.
(7) to explain the maintenance projects and the invoice to the users.
(8) be responsible for the establishment of the users’ database, and update it timely.
(9) be responsible for the customers relationship, understand the needs of users.
Requirements:
1/ 2-3 years of working experience, mainly in automobile repair industry (preferably Ultra Luxury cars BMW, Porsche, Bentley, Martha, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, etc.)
2/ Education: Major in automobile or automobile maintenance, mechanical maintenance
3/ those come from
1) South East Asia or
2) East Europe

4/ can speak and understand Chinese, someone with good Chinese ability most welcome
5/ have good expression ability and with good image
6/ excellent sense of service, you must be a good team worker
7/ familiar with the car driving, you must have driving license.
8/ can work in Wuhan, China for a long time.
