2、观察分析幼儿发展情况，做好观察记录

3、环境创设
Teaching environment creation
4、做好家长联系工作
Contact parents regularly

任职要求：Requirement
1、25岁以上，性别不限，具备本科以上学历
Above 25 years old; bachelor degree
2、母语为英语的欧美国家国籍人士
Native speaker
3、性格开朗，身体健康，品貌端正
Active, healthy, pleasant appearance
4、有亲和力、责任心和创造性，具备良好的职业道德和奉献精神
Easy-going, responsible, creative, professional and devoted
5、熟悉幼儿园工作流程，热爱幼儿工作
Familiar with kindergarten, love kindergarten work
6、有幼儿教育经验、能用中文进行基本交流的优先考虑
It’s preferred to have kindergarten experience and know some Chinese
