Our ideal candidates should possess the following:
* college degree
* 2 years of work experience
* Native English speaker
* Ability to "talk and type"
* prior customer service experience preferred but not required
* Provide high level professional and competent customer service to ensure customer's satisfaction
* be able to sympathize with the customers situation
* talk in manners that the customer can understand
* have a "thick skin" and are able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
* have pleasant and friendly personalities
* have strong team spirit
* willing to cooperate with supervisors


- 40 hours / week, flexible shifts
- compensation: 9000 rmb - 12000rmb depending on experience
