Job description:
•In charge of English Language Art classes, Grades 10-12
•Responsible for supplemental instruction in American Culture and/or College Preparation depending on program
•Responsible for preparation and delivery of language arts classes, in line with expectations outlined in curricula;
•Evaluate students and provided monthly and mid and end of term reports;
•Influence and motivate students to deliver outstanding performance;
•Take part in “extension class” and school sponsored cultural activities;
•Support the marketing and recruiting staff;
•Reports to and liaise with teaching director
•Work in Suining, Sichuan

Working Hour:
8 hour work day applied between 8AM and 6PM

PAY and BENEFITS:
•Monthly Salary package 17000-18000 RMB before tax for first year teachers
•Will initially be under probationary employment for 1 month. During this period candidates are paid 80% of their salary
•Quarterly performance bonuses
•Optional performance based overtime and vacation pay relating to marketing and recruiting opportunities
•Paid Summer vacation and winter vacation
•One reimbursed round trip air ticket per year (up to 8,000 RMB)

Requirements:
•Minimum Bachelor's Degree
•Teacher Certification
•Minimum of 2 years relevant teaching experience and references
