Pokemon- Senior Engine Graphics development Engineer
Job responsibilities：
Lead anddrive the use of Unity to create a rendering pipeline that fits the project'sart style
Customizeand modify the underlying functions of Unity engine according to therequirements, and develop engine-related features (lighting, rendering,pipeline, resource management, etc.
Work withdesigners to develop advanced graphic effects
Solve thegame graphics related performance optimization and compatibility problems
Job requirements：
5 years or above experience ingame development, experience in game engine development is preferred
Familiarwith various lighting models and graphics algorithms, focus on graphicscutting-edge technology, focus on graphics in the game application
Familiarwith Unity engine rendering PBR pipeline and related tools, familiar withShader programming and material editor
Solidmathematical and algorithmic foundation, familiar with GPU debugging/tuningtools
Experiencein different types of game, such as strategy, action adventure and multiplayeris preferred
Knowledgeand love of pokemon. Deep knowledge and love of pokemon is preferred
