职位描述EtalkABC is hiring Online English Teachers!
Introduction

EtalkABC provides online English education to students ranging from 4 to 16 years old. We mainly focus on“1 on 1" or "1 on 2” interaction model, delivering up to 60 minutes' long classes to regular students. We are looking for near-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKERS who can deliver fun, engaging and interactive classes to Chinese students. All the necessary materials for classes are provided. We have our own learning system, and we use world-known video conferencing system Zoom for our class.

What we expect from you
– Fast internet connection (cable or fiber optics)
– near native English accent with idiomatic language use
– Teaching experience preferred.
– TESOL/TEFL certification(or plans to obtain one)
– Internet Speed 20M abroad China
– Willingness to commit to a regular weekly working schedule.

What we offer
– Contract: 12 months, renewable every year dependent upon teaching performance
– mainly working hours: Mon-Fri 17:30-22:30 Sat-Sun 09:30-21:30 BEIJING Time
– $15-25/h, mainly based on teaching performance, peaktime showup and overall teaching hours
– Incentives/Bonuses
– Paid contracted non-teaching hours
– Bonus for referencing new teachers
