3.As a English Coach, no teaching hours.
4.Working shift flexible, starts from 10:00-19:00/ 11:00-20:00 Weekdays
9:00-18:00 weekends & winter/summer camp.
5. 11days paid Chinese national holidays.
6.At least 11 days paid as annual leave days for a full year contract. 2 additional days when renew the contract each time. Up to 15 days maximum.
7.3 days paid for sickleave without doctor’s sick leave note in a yearly contract.
8.10 sick leave days with 50% of the daily salary with doctor’s sick leave note.
9.1 days paid for paternity leave.
10.Provides up tp 10,000RMB payroll advences or extended credit loan.
11.Up to 5,000RMB deductible for foreign staff’s taxable incomes as tax exemption with legitimate invoices every month.
12.Overtime paid, over teaching hours additional compensation.
13.Provide comprehensive insurance coverage after probation including accident and health insurance.
14.Up to 8000RMB reimburse flight ticket after completion of a full year contract.
15.Referral reward： Head Teacher 3000RMB; Teacher 2000RMB; Coach 1000RMB.
16.A discretional bonus after the end of the contract according to the yearly performance.
17.3 days hotel fee, up to 1,200 RMB , reimbursement without an apartment who arrives in the city from other city or abroad.
18.Up to 1,000 RMB training allowance to TEFL/TESOL/ other teaching-related certificates.
19.Working Visa application, company bears all the costs. All élan full time foreign staff can get the Working Visa.
