Branding and communications agency Creative Capital is seeking an Artistic Director to join its team in Shenzhen.
The ideal candidate will be firstly trained in Shanghai office for 2-3 months, before moving to the Shenzhen office.
Responsibilities
Participate in recruiting & forming a design team in Shenzhen
In charge of leading this design team in Shenzhen
Apply Creative Capital guidelines to this new branch, making sure that they are applied and respected (concepts / benchmarks / user experience / mood-boards, etc.)
Define art direction for your team; make sure they are applied and respected
Able to handle a wide scope of projects (mostly graphic, packaging and branding projects)
Communicate and exchange with COO and CD in Shanghai
Daily follow-up with the creative team
Able to brainstorm, communicate concepts to your team and integrate other’s ideas
Monitor trends and culture
Requirements
All backgrounds are welcomed: interior, product, interaction, etc.
At least 2 years of experiences in China
A good level of English; Chinese is a big plus
Advanced level in Adobe Creative Suite (Ind, Ai, Ps); 3D software is a plus
A very good eye for aesthetics
Rigorous, proactive, creative
Able to multi-task
Strategic-minded, analytical skill
Have diverse interests in the design field
Able to work autonomously and within a team
