Develop packaging aspects of products or parts of products for PSS APAC, intended for mass production at OEM suppliers
Key areas of accountability:
1.Design and development of the packaging of loudspeaker drivers and boxes, according to customer specifications and within the timeframe of the project planning. Interacting with the mechanical engineers when designing the packaging of the products
2.Interfacing to external suppliers on technical issues to create a pro-active involvement of the suppliers.
3.Controlling and organising the construction of development samples according to the project planning.
4.Responsible for the in time delivery of the required documentation of packaging during the development.
5.Responsible for the translation of the project deliverables into his/hers daily workload
6.Packaging can consist of but is not limited to: Industrial, brown box packaging for container loading and sea shipment, multicolour retail packaging for shop floor display containing finished goods
7.As member of the project teams, report project development results and outputs to the project manager.
Qualification:
1.Academic/Professional Qualification:Degree in packaging or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2.Expertise/Working Experience:minimum 5 years’ experience in packaging design of automotive loudspeakers or products
3.Language skills:Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
