•Per SC business development strategy, research and identify potential clients and projects.
•Proactively follow news and property development within the industry to develop and implement new business channels in the region.
•Retain updated knowledge of the high-end hospitality design industry and what other international design firm competitors offer in order to keep the company competitive in the region.
•Validate client and project information.
•Maintain potential client database.
•Contract negotiation and drafting.
•Cultivate a good relationship with clients in the region.
•Implement and create business development events in the region.
Marketing
•Implement and identify effective media to increase the company's exposure in the region.
•Support press release materials from the US office.
•Produce weekly reports and work closely with principals in the US.
-Candidate's qualifications:
•Must have worked in the hospitality design industry, and possess a broad knowledge of
how each industry sector operates, as well as an in-depth knowledge of hotel brands.
•Passionate for the design industry and self-motivated to succeed.
•Minimum of eight years' experiences in a BD/Marketing position with a high-end architectural design firms, preferably with international firms, or related field.
•Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
•Capacity to listen, understand, and learn from different perspectives.
•Creative thinker, able to think out of the box, solution oriented, and capable of carrying plans through to completion with thorough planning.
•Must be proficient in Office Suite, InDesign skills preferred.
•At least a bachelor's degree.
