S/He executes the vision of a high-quality, innovative yet standardized, and sustainable early childhood educational program through: hiring, training, and mentoring capable and willing people to create a joyful place for staff and customers. S/He is the ultimate leader who takes full responsibility for strategic planning, enrollment, educational services, keeping within budgets, safety, and the facility.
Teaching condition:

* 40 real duty hours per week within which classroom counseling time are up to 20 hours per week by arrangement with the Club Director.

Requirements:

4.Effective leader who trains, monitors people, and delegates tasks to cover all aspects of CKC operations including weekends, Summer Camp and nap time when the he/she may not be present.
5.BA or Masters Degree in Administration or educational field
6.5+ years of administration experience in children-related fields
7.Understanding and appreciate local culture and language to resolve conflicts and building long-term trust between CKC and families.
CKC experience preferred.
