Our client is a famous foreign manufacturing company with offices in US, Europe and Asia.
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager with an exceptional experience to provide strategic input on human capital management, to optimize human resources and support the organization strategy and to implement HR Policies and practices that are aligned with Corporate and consistent across the businesses in China.
You will report to Regional HRM (based in Shenzhen) and MD (based in Shanghai) respectively.
Responsibilities:
· Assess organizational development needs & appropriately identify development activities that will support the growth of local resources in order to improve the overall efficiency & capability of the organization’s resources for business success.
· Implement procedures & practices that encourage a high performing culture to ensure the organization optimizes its human resources for business success.
· Ensure the organization is in full compliance with all local employment legislation including those relating to employee benefits, termination, etc.
· Monitors the morale of the employees and advises Department Heads and General Manager on the status of employee satisfaction.
· Support the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the Group through the implementation of policies and activities that contribute to environment-friendly practices and community.
· Stays current with developments in the field of Human Resources, and makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to the Regional HR Manager
Requirements:
· Around 8 - 12 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry with proven successful experience in training and talent management field
· Strong organizational skills and able to build up close, respected relationships with management team
· Familiar with Local Employment Legislation and Human Resources policy
· Familiar with other HR functions, including staffing, C&B and performance management
· Assertive and open minded
· Accustomed in working at multi-cultural working environment
· Good English Language and local language skills
