岗位职责:Responsibilities
1、B2C平台Amazom西班牙站运营销售操作管理,包括产品上架,优化,定期更新公司产品等;
Skillful sales operation and management on Amazon Spanish website, including
upload product data, optimize and update new product information.
1、竞争对手产品分析及本公司产品改进建议;
Be good at analyzing competitor’s products and offer constructive suggestion for
own company’s product.
2、订单跟进, 回复客户的售前咨询,及时处理售中与售后出现的问题,提高客户满意度,
保持账号良好及安全;
To keep order tracking, reply customers’ consultation, deal with problem issues before sales or after sales, improve customer satisfaction and keep the count in good and safe status.
3、熟悉产品与平台销售政策,控制产品风险,拟定合理的产品上架计划,增强公司在该平
台站点的知名度和美誉度。
Be familiar with product and different platform sales policies; ability to control
product risk, make reasonable new product launch, and enhance company’s
popularity and reputation on that platform.
4、负责B2C平台市场信息的收集和分析,开发热卖产品;
Be responsible for information collection and analysis on B2C platform, and to
develop top-selling product.
5、学会市场资料的收集和分析,制定推广销售策略,并对计划实施结果进行及时的反馈。
To collect and analyze market information, make sales promotion plans and timely summarize feedback for implementation.
6、亚马逊库存管理,制定发货计划
To manage Amazon inventory and make shipment schemes.
7、上级的其他工作安排。
To do other assigned tasks.
任职资格:Ability Requirements
1、 本科或以上学历,西班牙语专业;通过DELE-B2或EEE-4/EEE-8者优先;
major in Spanish, Pass DELE-B2 or EEE-4 and EEE-8 is preferred.
2、 一年以上B2C平台销售经验者的优先,并能熟练使用office办公软件,有较强的信息处理能力和学习能力。
One-year related B2C sales experience is preferred; be Skillful in office soft use, strong learning and information-dealing ability.
3、 熟练B2C平台产品上传规则、技巧、交易流程,扩大交易量的方法和技巧;
Be familiar with related rules, knacks and transaction processes for product upload on B2C platform; Skillful ways to improve transaction volumes.
4、 熟悉B2C平台政策和规定,并能运用于店铺日常经营当中,能妥善解决可能出现的各种争议,最大程度的维护公司利益;
Be familiar with related policies and regulations on B2C platform and able to use
them in daily running; be able to solve all kinds of disputes and maintain company’s
interest at utmost.
5、 熟练应用各种第三方B2C平台工具;
Be skillful to use various B2C platform through the third part.
6、有良好的团队精神和服务意识,诚实守信,做事脚踏实地,有较强的沟通能力,应变能力强,对电子商务外贸有兴趣和激情。
Good team cooperation sense; be honest and trustworthy; be serious to work; be
skillful in communication and be quick in response; be passionate about E-business foreign trade.
