Role & Responsibilities:
The Content Marketing Writer is expected to:
• Produce a variety of material (writing/editing/formatting) for all external corporate content
• Optimize content for maximum effectiveness on social media platforms
* Optimize text description of the company’s image, products, and brands, using marketing terms
• Possess a strong ability and enthusiasm for creating content with visuals & data
• Be a self starter and works independently on projects
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Involvement in writing marketing case studies, website content, product briefs/data sheets and white papers
• Maintain a company blog and write articles incorporating variety and engagement to increase viewership and website traffic
• Implement a SEO strategy for blogs/website pages to include specific keywords/phrases
• Perform A/B testing
• Occasional scripting for video production
• Responsible for brand communication on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn
Education & Requirements:
* Native English speaker
• BA in English, Journalism or equivalent. MA in English, Science or Engineering a plus
• Minimum 2+ years experience in content and/or technical writing domain
• Outstanding English language proficiency; expert writing ability; strong communications skills
• Superior editing / proofing skills to ensure accuracy, completeness and excellence in all published material
• Excellent planning / organization skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, grow / learn new skills; strong team player
• Excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with WordPress, Drupal and/or CMS platform a plus
