Job requirements:
1, major in international trade or English related majors, bachelor degree or above, have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

岗位职责：
1、带领外贸部积极开拓国际市场，联系国外客户，寻求订单，并领导商务谈判与签订合同。
2、负责外贸定单的洽谈、签约、单证审核、定单管理、运输、报关、收汇等。
3、负责对外贸定单的评估、跟踪、管理和风险控制。
4、负责外贸业务流程管理和风险控制。
5、负责客户资料的整理，做好客户要求的及时反馈和处理。
6、负责合同履行过程中紧急意外情况的妥善处理。
7、负责下属业务员的培养和指导。
任职要求：
1、国际贸易类或英语类相关专业本科及以上，具有优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力；
2、3年以上外贸管理经验，熟悉外贸出口流程；
3、具有个人护理类产品销售经验；
4、具有极强的工作责任感，忠诚度及坚忍不拔的毅力和耐心，严守机密；
5、具有果断的决策风格、优秀的沟通、协调能力，敢于承担风险的意识；
6、对市场营销工作有较深刻的认知，有良好的市场判断和开拓能力，有极强的组织管理能力；
7、具备优良的综合素质，善于公关交际，长我谈判技巧，应变能力强。
