The Job:
– Management of daily project duties including execution and delegation of team tasks
– Assist the LOC team with testing and optimization of new in-game content.
– Oversee team members and their schedules to meet deadlines
– Quickly identify project obstacles and provide practical solutions to them
– Assist with content generation, polishing and QA for new localization projects
– Miscellaneous duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
– Avid gamers
– Native English Speaker and Chinese is a plus
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher
– Understanding of the game industry
– Ability to quickly build rapport with team members
– Exceptional organizational skills
– Excellent multi-tasking abilitiesand an impeccable eye for detail
– Familiar with database concepts
– Good understanding of usability and user interface issues
– Technical knowledge and background extremely helpful
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
–Strong communication skill, familiar with different cultures across regions
–Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
