Responsibilities职责:
1. Make the ideal lesson plans, conduct classroom lessons according to the Voice English syllabus and methodology.
根据唯希国际英语的教学大纲和方法，制定理想的课程计划，开展课堂教学
2. Provide high quality professional teaching at all times.
提供高品质的专业教学
3. Give assistance in Speaking Centre as required.
根据中心的需要，给予援助
4. Help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective.
帮助学员在学期内达到目标级别
5. Provide advice and assistance to students, in and out of the classroom.
在课堂内外为学员提供意见和帮助
6. Prepare new materials as requested.
根据要求，准备新的教学材料
7. Promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the Centre.
促进和保持中心内愉快和礼貌的氛围
8. Participate in regular teaching seminars to enhance Personal capacity
参加定期的教学研讨会，提高自身能力

Requirements要求:
1.Both westerns and Chinese teachers are welcomed.
中教/外教均可
2. Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is strongly preferred.
本科或以上学历，海外背景优先考虑
3. TEM-8 level or above, TEFL or similar level of other certificates.
专八或以上水平，拥有TEFL或其他相同水平证书
4. Be passionate, patient and high responsible to the students.
对学员有激情、耐心和高度的责任感
5. Love education and culture industry.
热爱教育和文化事业
6. Work with other team members well.
能够与团队成员合作愉快
7. Be capable of teaching both kids and adults in a mini (one to four) and regular (group tutoring) classes.
能够在1-4人的小班或正常大班里教授成人和少儿
8.Be capable of teaching long hours.
能够长时间教学

上班时间：40小时/周
休息：周内休息1-2天/周
工作地点：龙岗吉祥风临国际大厦A座C312/坪山中心城
