Reporting directly to the HR Manager based in Hong Kong you will be responsible for the recruitment function for South China. You will be responsible from candidate sourcing and interviewing through to on-boarding, utilizing social media as well as recruitment agency assistance.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience gained from either manufacturing or engineering environment, and experience from recruitment agency would be advantageous. In addition we are looking for:
· A responsible, out-going and personable individual
· Good knowledge of local HR legislation and recruitment network / practices
· Industry exposure in manufacturing and engineering sectors
· Language fluency in Mandarin and English
