2 Department daily customer service work to answer customer inquiries, conventional welfare inquiries, claims dispute settlement, coordination of various departments to solve the problem of the customer's use of insurance;
3 familiar with the customer service department of basic business knowledge and other knowledge, can serve as an independent customer service, respect for customers, maintain good service order, provide excellent customer service, effective follow-up customer demand, good customer and company communication bridge. Do a good job in the small customer renewal work;
4. According to the pre-sale communication scheme prepared documents, such as new customers and customer renewal plan to ensure the benefits table, the terms of the special agreement, service manual, and input the corresponding system; preparation new customer preaching information.
Job requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, major in English or medicine, etc.;
2, have the relevant customer service experience for a year or more;
3, have good customer service consciousness, practical work hard;
4, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, skilled operation of computer.

2.部门日常客服工作回答客户咨询、常规福利查询、理赔争议处理、协调各部门解决客户用保期间出现的问题；
3.熟悉客服部基本业务知识及其相关的其他知识，能独立担当客户服务的工作，尊重客户，维持良好的服务秩序，提供优良的顾客服务，有效跟进客户需求，做好客户与公司沟通的桥梁。做好中小型客户的续保工作；
4.按照售前沟通的方案准备文档，例如新客户及续保客户的保障计划利益表、条款特别约定、服务手册，并录入相应系统；准备新入保客户宣讲资料。
岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，英语/医学类等相关专业；
2、有相关客服经验一年以上者佳；
3、有良好的客户服务意识，踏实肯干；
4、英语听说读写流利，熟练操作电脑。
