? Create and manage project charter, schedules, and plans (including communication, procurement, resources, risk, scope, quality, and change management);

? Create project estimates and proposal for management approval;撰写项目评估表和意向书以便审批
? Create and manage budget and report at a project level;为项目撰写和管理预算表及报告;
? Risk assessment and strategic planning of activities to minimize potential issues;

? Liaison with the Other Languages team to mitigate i18n catastrophes. Creation of toolset and protocol for in-house‘dev + i18n’ workflow;与其他语种团队合作完成本地化工作一览表。为公司内部团队创建“开发-本土化”一体的工作流程
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders;

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
? Bachelor’s degree or higher本科及以上学历
? Fluent in English and Chinese中英文流利
? Past experience in Project Management有项目管理经验
? Past experience in Project planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure有项目计划、执行、跟踪、交付和关闭经验
? Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills强大的组织,沟通和解决问题的能力
? Clear written and verbal communication书写及口语流利清晰
? Very strong attention to details对细节强烈关注
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment在快节奏的环境中于截止日期前完成工作
? Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment适应在多元化工作环境中工作
? Ability to work on and prioritize multiple project assignments at the same time同时管理多个项目时能够设置优先级
? Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of MS Project a plus精通微软办公软件优先
