Greeting the guests;
Provide excellent service to foreign guests to make them feel like at home;
Provide hotel/golf check-in/check-out service to foreign guests;
Reply to query from foreign guest;
Collect guest comments on our services and facilities;
Handle simple complaints from foreign guests;
Provide English language training to the local staff;
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master degree holder, and majoring in Hospitality/Leisure management;
Fluent English speaking & writing;
Service mindset;
Ability to handle multi-task under pressure & deal with emergencies;
Must be patient, dynamic and eager to learn in work;
Good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
Self-disciplined, team-work spirit & sense of responsibility.
Others
Free duty meals, accommodation & shuttle bus service will be provided;
Mission Hills will assist to apply for work permit or F-visa for the internship in China;
The students shall be responsible for the cost for F-visa application (if any) and the travel to China
