Localization Project Coordinator with Project Management Specialization
Job Responsibility
·Provides support on project management to the Project Management Office team members and illustrate how to use project knowledge and tools.
·Review and optimize existing project materials and deliverables.
·Review, optimize and create adherence to project methodologies, procedures, processes and tools.
·Participates in the development, maintenance and publication of project management standards.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience of your Project Management specialization
·1 or 2 years of experience in a Project Management position.
·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel, knowledge of MS Project is a strong plus.
General Key Responsibilities and Functions
·Support the development and maintenance of the projects you have in charge. This includes but not limited to project schedules and budgets, and plans for project quality, resources, communication and risks.
·Work with the project team to understand and track the progress and quality of work being performed.
·Responsible for working with the project team to identify and address critical path or road block issues and develops mitigation plans accordingly.
·Coordinate, disseminate, and document all project, localization and test information to and from our external and internal partners.
·Process and communicate daily and weekly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly and all jobs are completed as prescribed.
·Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders. Communication includes: project meeting minutes, performance to project plan, project risks, kick off and post mortem reports, and any status or project detail information needed on a daily basis.
·Process and Upload each project language packs into our CAT tool allowing the beginning of the localization work forthe localization project team.
·Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.
You will be reporting directly to the Project Management Office Manager.
Key Skills
·Fluent in Mandarin, verbal and written skills required.
·Good command of English language.
·Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
·Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective.
·Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
·Demonstrated capability for problem solving.
·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and MS Excel, MS Project is a plus.
·Knowledge of CAT tool is a plus.

Experience and Education
·Bachelor’s degree or higher.
·2 years of experience for a video game company and/or at a similar position.

Salary is depending on the profile of the candidate
