[Your Responsibilities]
- Maintain payment request database and review payment applications on a daily basis
- GL voucher key-in/import to accounting system and file management
- Be in charge of reconciliation and breakdown of all accounts, including bank accounts
- Inter-company current account reconciliation
- Overseas branch office accounts reconciliation
- Issue monthly inter-company debit note
- Monthly fixed assets cross-function reconciliation
- Maintain fixed assets database and organize annual physical count
- Backup for other team members and handle ad hoc affairs
[The Skills We’re Looking For]
- Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting
- Qualified accountant or CPA qualification is a plus
- 5 years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably with foreign enterprises
- On-hand experience of full-set accounts
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good command of PC skills, Excel specialist
- Integrity, responsible, professional and detail oriented
- Be a good team player, have a pleasant personality and be positive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
