1.Work directly for General Managers of Flour, Oil and Deterge...Responsibilities
1.Work directly for General Managers of Flour, Oil and Detergent divisions in developing and executing online (web and mobile) channel strategies in Mainland China. Online strategies should be customized to each divisions’ needs
2.Take ownership of, and accountable for, P&L of online sales for Flour, Oil and Detergent divisions; lead the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for online sales
3.Develop, train and manage a strong execution team dedicated to the rapid growth of online channel
4.Work closely and collaboratively with offline sales, marketing personnel and all functional areas (e.g. Legal, Financial, Production and Logistics, etc.) on the design and timely execution of an optimal product-channel strategy
5.Centralize and mobilize internal and external resources to achieve short- and long-term sales and profitability targets for all divisions
6.Manage and develop existing and new online channels; closely monitor and manage relationship with online partners, platforms and distributors
7.Institutionalize and continuously assess and improve internal processes and best practices; ensure operational excellence and efficiency in taking advantage of immediate opportunities and in achieving desired speed-to-market and sales outcomes
8.Continuously monitor and track the performance and effectiveness of online sales programs and evaluate / amend our online strategy as appropriate
9.Regularly conduct competitor and sales analyses and closely track market intelligence and dynamics, and industry trends and practices; report key insights for strategic and tactical decision-making
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of online sales and operational experience in a FMCG company in Mainland China; at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team to rapidly grow online sales in Mainland China and being directly accountable to the P&L
2.Extensive operational experience with an in-depth understanding of value chains and operational models, especially in the context of online sales. Experience in food and homecare industries is an advantage
3.Proven track record in building and managing teams / online sales force and in devising sales KPIs to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets
4.Extensive experience in distributor, channel and product / pricing management
5.Strong market knowledge and network within major online platforms and well versed in developing partnerships with key stakeholders within the network
6.Strong organizational, project and time management, analytical, logical reasoning, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
7.Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions
8.Team player with demonstrated ability to perform at a high level under pressure
9.Ability to prioritize and lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion
10.Strong presentation and communication skills, and an ability to shape and articulate strategic initiatives to senior management
11.Ability to drive and lead change in a fast growing business within a Hong Kong-listed company with traditional roots
12.Passionate, entrepreneurial and result-oriented self-starter who is keen on leading and driving the growth of a strategic channel
13.Experience in O2O, marketing and social media strategies
14.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
15.Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
