As part of the supporting function to HK HR, keep closing with the team of HK HR respectively. You will provide excellent professional services to the business with customer service in focus.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a small team to provide efficient and effective administrative support to HK HR team which including recruitment, C&B, ER, training functions ;
-Set day-to-day objectives for the team and supervise junior co-workers;
-Develop and ensure control procedures are followed;
-Participate in review meeting of new tasks or procedure guides and implementation of recommendations;
-Ensure all team players complete the tasks on time with high quality;
-Assist HRM to conduct project improve work effectiveness and streamline HR operation.
Requirements:
-College degree holder or equivalent;
-Experience in management of small to medium organizations and ability to influence others;
-Strong customer service sense , good time management, and problem solving skills;
-Self-motivated, Attention to details, Patient, and willing to take responsibility;
-Excellent people management and communication skills;
-Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and proficient PC skills;
-Familiar with HR personnel system such as People-soft will be plus.
