• Manage the Global Digital e Commerce Marketing Business, motivating and working closely with Marketing, IT, CS & Product Teams.
• Digital Marketing on the Business developing for the international & global business-to-consumer Sales via Websites and other online channels.
• Achieve Sales Growth by setting Targets & Schedules, forecasting Budgets, generate Analytic Data to reach Return on Investment (ROI) & P/L responsibilities.
• Digital Marketing enhancement and optimization of channels to increase consumer engagement, maximizing conversion rates and driving sales (e-Marketing, online social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, affiliates).
• Business Development and growth on the CRM and VIP Memebers.
• Maintain coordination with Purchase & Warehouse Department, to facilitate and enhance processing of day-to-day out-going Orders and Stock Inventory.
• Maintain & control Stock Inventory and new purchase order flow.
• Prepare Reports (Analytical, Budgeting & Sales, etc.) to submit to Management Level.
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diplomas in eCommerce, Business Management, Internet Marketing, Information Technology Management or related discipline.
• 2 years hands-on experience in eCommerce business with proven success records in achieving Yearly Sales Target via B2C online channels progressively (dealings with over 4000 SKUs).
• Knowledge on On-Line Business is more beneficial.
• Self-motivated, determined, organized, analytical & eager to take on new challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, capable to work independently with high leadership skills & great team player.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and preferably Mandarin.
