1. To provide a regular schedule for class booking.
2. To check the teaching schedule every day.
3. To deliver courses according to SPEAKOOL’s requirement, lesson plans provided.
4. To record a video for each class.
5. To send students lesson notes for each class.
6. To assign and check homework.
7. To give evaluation and/or feedback.
III. Teaching Object:
Adults
IV. Candidate Requirement:
1. Native English Speakers. (From USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand)
2. Be able to organize Flipped English classes, make the teacher's talking time less than 30% within the class.
3. Qualified network speed and camera are required.
4. Regular schedule on weekly basis are required.
5. Good coaching skill.
6. At least 2 years’ related teaching experience.
7. With professional teaching certificate.
V. Work Hours:
30 Minutes/lesson.
At least 10 teaching hours/week are required.
VI. Payment:
Hourly payment negotiable. 80-120
VII. Location:
Online: Conducting lessons via Skype.
