Job Responsibilities:
- Provide admin. & sales support to sales team,including checking and verifying client information,preparing the quotation and proposals to individual clients etc.,
- Communicate with internal and external parties to solve sales related issues.
- Perform client visits and service presentations.
- Prepare sales contract with close follow up action and sales report analysis, budget monitoring for management
review.
- Maintain database and generate/analyze the sales relevant reports.
- Be responsible for checking related sales documents issued by sales co., team.
- Assistant Trade Shows and exhibitions.
- Handle enquiries and establish good relationship with vendors and customers.
- Assistant in ad-hoc assignments and projects.
Requirements(knowledge & skills)
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science preferred, other disciplines would be considered if experience in electronic industry possessed.
- At least 4-year experience on sales support & customer service functions.
- Adaptive personality with problem solving mind-set and analytical skill
- Be fluent both in English and Chinese
- Adopt to business trip occasionally
