Synopsis:
As the Marketing/Leads Generation Manager, you will join EF Study Abroad team in Shenzhen, and will be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan, driving more high quality sales leads for all of our product teams.



The role:
We are looking for a high caliber individual to join EF China’s fast growing Study Abroad Division. The mission of the division is to double within 2 years. You will develop, coordinate and implement the marketing efforts of five study abroad programs to increase the presence in the Northern China region, generate new leads of potential customers through online and offline promotional campaigns organize activities and events and develop new channels to grow the business.


You will: Execute the division’s offline marketing strategy in the North China regionImplement leads generation campaigns offline and onlineDevelop partnerships with relevant organizations and companies to generate leadsDevelop relationships with Schools, universities, student bodies and parent associations.Develop novel marketing channels to increase EF’s presence in schools and campuses (e.g. bookstores, training centers, cafes); Research and understand scholarships available in the North China region, and understand how to leverage these to support business growthExplore and nurture relationships with key Governmental institutionsEstablish, manage and grow relations with local Public Sector InstitutionsActive networking within EF and outside EF to look for business opportunities and other collaborationsWork with regional PR, Marketing, and Partnership teams to leverage and implement global projects to a local levelLook for and coordinate sector exhibitions, organize EF’s own study abroad fairs and info meetings.Business development, new channel development



You have/are:Degree in business or marketing;With some overseas experience a plus;Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in marketing and business development;Experience with event planning, implementation and summary; Ability of graphic design. Excellent writing skills.Highly sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset;Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, attention to details and strong sense of ownership; Positive attitude and ability to see opportunities Result-driven with flexible work style and ability to perform under pressure;Strong networkerFluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English;Experience within education industry will be great plus;
