Responsibilities:
1. Manage development projects of power supply for Mobile phone, set top box & Notebook application and oversee the status to meet technical, cost and schedule requirement for Korea customers.
2. Provide necessary technical support to sales and Korea customers.
3. Develop and maintain project management system.
4. Interface with sales marketing/customer, R&D and production team on product development and product transfer from R&D to production.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree with major in Electronics or Mechanics-Electronics Engineering.
2. More than 7 years of working experience in power supply or electronic industry (or mobile phone) with at least 2 years in technical management position.
3. Able manage and lead a highly skilled cross functional team.
4. Located roughly half of the time in Korea office and half of the time in Shenzhen office.
5. Excellent knowledge in electronic product design and manufacturing, design experience with phone or notebook charger is a big plus.
6. Process knowledge in components of electronic product including costs, manufacturing process and characteristics of the components.
7. Fully computer literate including knowledge of project management and engineering software.
8. Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal & communications skills.
9. Good Korean /Chinese verbal and written communication capability.
10. Able work independently and work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines
