Responsibilities:

LTM reduction and improvement On time delivery KPI
- Increase the flexibility of the Suppliers
- Minimize the suppliers inventory component left over
- Improve the capability of Planning Dept. in monitoring the development process and the delivery target day of the new items - Revise Process and IT system accordingly with HQ in order to improve the communication flow and improve the efficiency
- Upgrade the Planning Organization in order to make them more independent, responsible and capable to foresee the problems and propose solutions
- Service level and Inventory coverage KPI for Warehouse Service
- Able to challenge his team
- Able to support and coach his team with strong objective to make them independent and responsible
- Prepositive
- Able to manage easily the relations with Suppliers, Internal Customers (CRM, R&D) and with foreigner Colleagues

Requirements:

- Degree (Economical or Management Engineer)
- 5-10 years of experience in similar position and if possible from Consumer Goods Industries
- 30-40 years old
- Skilled on PC package
- Skilled on Sap
- Languages: English, Chinese (mandarin), Italian (not mandatory)
- Willing to travel abroad
