1.参与项目前期策划、概念性设计，从景观设计角度提供专业性意见和建议
Take part in preliminary planning, concept design; provide professional ideas and suggestions from landscape design perspectives;
2.参与设计任务书的编制，依据公司要求和项目定位，负责对委托设计的各阶段设计成果进行
审查、复审;
Take part in the establishment of the design specification; review each stage progress of the assignment design in terms of the requirements of company and projects;
3.充分了解项目工程状况、甲方要求、各阶段时间进度及工作内容等，确保项目按计划有效执行;
Communicate and coordinate with the design institution, design and complete the structures of premises and indoors/outdoors renderings;
4.参与项目的图纸、技术的交接工作，及时解决甲方对图纸或技术上提出的相关问题;
Follow up the whole project process included project drawings and any technical issues, connect with the design institution to amend or modify technical problems promptly;
5.协助项目公司解决项目施工过程中遇到的技术难题或与设计要求不相符合的问题;
Assist to solve variety technical problems in the process of projects;
6.协助处理好与甲方之间的关系，保持良好的外部合作环境;
Remain good relations with clients to cooperation;
7.公司安排的其他工作。
Accomplish the other assignments that arranged by the company.
任职要求：Job Requirements
1.风景园林、景观设计、环境艺术相关专业，本科及以上学历;
Bachelors or above degree in Landscape Design or related majors;
2.具有设计行业3年以上工作经验;
Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Landscape Design;
3.熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作CAD，3D，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件;
Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software;
4.较强的方案设计能力，理解能力强，具有优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能承受工作压力;
Strong design concepts, good understanding, excellent communication and people skills, can work under pressure;
