Responsibilities:
1.Customer relationship management with clients, especially with key clients;
2.Technical and commercial proposal preparation in response to call for tenders;
3.Onsite consultancy for construction projects;
4.Contract negotiation and project management;
5.Supervision of facility installation;
6.Collection of market intelligence and conduction of market study
equirements:
1.Excellent business development skills;
2.Bachelor degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering(or related areas) would be viewed positively;
3.Knowledge and understanding of construction industry and project management desirable;
4.Familiarity with any relevant standards/codes used in Chinese construction would be an advantage;
5.Pleasing personality with good interpersonal and business negotiation skills;
6.IT skills, notably with PowerPoint presentation abilities;
7.Experience in the field of project management/execution and/or sales in building industry viewed positively;
8.Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure
Salary and benefits:
1.15,000-25,000CNY/month
2.Yearly bonus (50,000CNY -100,000CNY/year)
