Job requirements
1, 5.5 working days per week, from Monday to Friday at 10:00-19:00 on Saturday 10:00-13:00;
2, 22-30 years old. 2-5 years foreign trade working experience is preferred. This year's outstanding graduates can be recruiting; Working experience in the field of remote control, set-top box, TV, Blu-Ray DVD/Portable DVD/Car DVD, MP3 / MP4 / MP5 etc. is preferred;
3, Experience in exhibition and 2 years or above alibaba international station and other B2B platform operation is preferred. Familiar with alibaba international business development mode and operation process;
4, College degree or above. English level CET 4 or above. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Can communicate with foreign customers directly and have good internal and external communication skill and coordination ability;
5, Good ability of customer relationship management (CRM). Develop potential customers independently, obtain orders. Entertain customer independently, introduce products and lead customers factory tour;
6, Good professional ethics and mature business mindset. Able to work under pressure and have the courage to accept the challenge;
7, Positive personality with a bright and cheerful disposition, integrity, self-motive. Diligent. Hardworking with Team work spirit. Accept voluntary work overtime;
8, Able to use all kinds of office software operation skillfully. Compose office documents and quotation, etc.;
9, Hong Kong and Macao pass and passport preferred.
(Notes: Salary package of this position is basic salary + commission; Basic salary starts up from 3k to 4k for reference. Negotiable based on personal ability)
Responsibilities
1, Develop overseas customers by all means. Keep in close contact with customers actively and timely to get orders. Achieve the company’s sales performance target;
2, Maintain good relationship with customer. Sorting and filing the customer record, and review with customer regularly;
3, Responsible for the operation of B2B platform, including daily product upload and maintenance, handling inquiry and RFQ, etc.;
4, Reply to customer’s inquiry and RFQ and email correspondence must be professional, accurate, timely and efficient;
5, Coordinate with all departments in the company with effective communication and cooperation. Follow up and trace the whole process of foreign trade order execution, including from quotation, sampling, pp samples packaging design approval, formal PO signing, production process control and quality control, delivery, payment, mails etc.;
6, Through Exhibitions and other channels, understand the market and research industry dynamic, product updates and price changes, etc. Put forward feasible suggestions in time for the company's products and price dynamic adjustment decision auxiliary work;
7, Assist the company to do new product R&D development according to customer requirements.
