we're a multinational electrical and telecommunications retailer and services company headquartered in European,now looking fir a Quality Manager in Shenzhen company.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Quality Manager, work with internal (both HK & UK teams) and external
(suppliers) parties to identify and resolve product quality based on market feedback
Drive suppliers to resolve, verify and validate the Corrective Action Plan (“CAP”) effectiveness
Collaborate with internal parties on quality improvement process to further deployment of actions across product categories for closed loop quality monitoring
Identify opportunities and initiate improvement projects in products and/or processes to eliminate
non-value added products/ activities based on analysis of product failures and customer returns
Identify non-performing suppliers, drive them for continuous improvement to meet our customer
satisfaction.
任职条件:
Requirements:
· Degree in Quality or Electronic Electrical/Mechanic Engineering or equivalent discipline
· At least 5 years’ work experience in quality management on consumer products, preferably in electrical/ electronic manufacturing industry
· Experience in production engineering, plastic injection, materials, or mechanical design is
advantageous
· Preferably familiar with European Legal & Performance Standards
· Good presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese,Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Mature, analytical and good problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box
· Strong computer skills in MS Office
· Travel is required
