-Ability to communicate effectively with customer, supplier and all level in company
Responsibilities:
- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes in engineering.
- Resources planning and leverage according to order intake and sales forecast
- Develop capability and competences according to strategic plan and development needs
- Develop and follow the process, procedure and instruction related to engineering
- Technical support internal and external function i.e sales, purchasing, assembly, testing and customer inquiry
- Drive engineering localization and support in product / components localization
- Follow up milestone in regarding execution in project to be sure that delivery is on time
- Drive engineering team to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assigned.
- Be responsible for budget and actual spending.
- Work together with cross functions to achieve expected productivity and quality goal.
-Value Engineering--Cost/Benefit analysis of changes to reduce cost of products
-Continues improvement in terms of quality, efficiency by applying appropriate method and tools
- Deep analysis root cause and propose/implement actions by hands-on together with others and responsible design engineer when issue happens.
