Candidates should possess the following:
B.Arch or M.Arch degree (required).
A minimum of two years of production experience in schematic design of high end conceptual ideas.
It is preferable (not a must) an overall experience through all phases of design from schematic design through construction documents.
Strong conceptual design skills.
Strong visual presentation and graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent AutoCAD capabilities.
Excellent 3-D modeling and rendering skills (Rhino & V-Ray or 3D-Max).
Basic knowledge of landscape and materials.
Basic knowledge of landscape standards and codes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Highly self-motivated and very detail oriented.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
