1.Performing purchases from domestic and international markets according to the orders and procedures considering best possible term( quality, price, lead-time etc.)
2. Realizing purchasing procedures (PO preparation and amendments, invoice control, etc.)
3. Analyzing and evaluating suppliers with respect to financial, technical, logistical and quality issues;
Preparing RFQs( Request for Quotation)
4. Analyzing suppliers quotations, preparing purchasing cost analysis;
5. Negotiating with domestic and international suppliers about prices, productivity level and quality;
6. Follow-up and finalize agreements;
7. Meeting the on-time delivery demand of internal customers;
8. Preparing purchasing and cost reports;
9. Implementing necessary methods and measures to achieve the department targets;
10. Performing supplier market analysis;
11. Managing the supplier relationships;
12. Fair visits and reports preparaion;
13. New suppliers searching.
In paralel to the corporate vision ,Sourced Products are assessed as one of the main turnover and profit improvement oppurtunity area.In order to serve this ,the activities in Istanbul will be directed more to customer -sales development side (new customers,new sales channels,product portfolio preprations,market visits,sales and customer support activities).
The supply side (supplier management,new products,project management,contract management,innovation follow up..) will be fully handled by China office.
To serve this new vision high qualified sourcing specialists are required.
Qualification：Age below 35 University degree(preferably in Engineering or Mechanical); Very good command of both written and spoken English; (foreigner candidates chinese will be the preferance);Experience in Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) sourcing operations min 3 years ;Good knowladge of SDA products;Open minded,broad thinking,challanging,self motivated,ambitious,Project management skils,presentation skills,curious,insisting ,negotiative,convincing,problem solving capabilities,decision making,prioritization and time management capabilities,cooperation capabilities
Preferably experienced in Philips, Morphy Richards, Breville, Cusinart, Gastroback, Bosch, De Longhi, Siemens, Ariete, SEB Group, Moulinex, Rowenta, Tefal, Knewood, Russel Hobs etc;
Candidate without English CV will not be considered!
