Overall Responsibility
· To be responsible for the total E sales revenue for RXGC, including but not limited to the commercial and technical e-business strategy for all business units and identifying e-business models to enhance e-revenue. He/She will also ensure a smooth roll out of the platform NOVA and a holistic approach of the e-business strategy in commercial, marketing and brand awareness terms.
Responsibilites:

1. To achieve 100% of sales target for E-Revenue in China and working with respective VPs and PDs in putting together the commercial approach for achieving the target for each cluster.
2. To propose sales strategy paper (both short-term and long-term), setting sales milestones, sales forecast, monitor sales activities for driving E-revenue.
3. To specify and define the range of standardized online products to embed them in RXGC events, this includes: Detailed specification of wide range of online products such as banners, directory packages, lead generation, matchmaking, keywords and e-newsletters etc.
4. Work with the e-revenue team to design product packages and bundle of online and offline products and set pricing structure
5. Understand the customers’ needs by meeting customers face to face together with the sales team and provide sales training to sales team to sell E products effectively by providing training material (including unique selling points, key strengths of the products).
6. Work with the e-marketing manager to create an online communication and marketing strategy to promote online products internally and externally that includes: Brochures, E-media kits and marketing plan.
7. Working with the sales team in providing good promotional materials that is easy for customers to understand the positioning and the benefits of the online products.
8. To understand trends and new online products and to monitor competitor activities in “e”
9. To identify and develop new partnership with new online e-revenue partners for new business development, add value to our current products and extending our sales network. Understand new e-products and hot-selling items that will drive e-revenue.
10. To oversee and manage the NOVA roll out plan for all business units and to manage resources and ensure all sites will go life at the required time in the single show cycles. Bugs and problems will be reported in a proactive way back to NOVA team in order to find quick and smart solutions.
11. To ensure that all websites are reflecting e-minimum standards and are minimum as good or better than our competitor websites. Roll out best practice products, navigation structure and website structure across all business units
12. To prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly reports.

Requirement:
1. Commercial savvy and solid understanding of Chinese customers in their needs for e-products
2. Excellent understanding of online business models, information and knowledge management
3. Good general knowledge about the economy and business world and an analytical mind
4. Knowledge of Online platforms, CMS systems and newsletter platforms
5. Degree from a recognized University with extensive sales/marketing experience with min. 5 years’ leadership in selling online products
6. Good command of written English and Chinese.
7. Creative and strategically thinking.
8. Mature, excellent inter-personal communications and presentation skill.
9. Persuade and influence the key stakeholders to drive through the required changes
10. Managing resources in different offices, planning and managing complex roll out plans
11. Require traveling extensively within China.
