Job Description
The PME Manager will drive and improve product quality, initiate and implement cost reduction activities and coordinate and manage New Product Development projects. Direct responsible for engineering efforts across multiple product families, including tooling DFM and fabrication , Injection Molding, spray painting , mechanical assemblies , pad printing and final packaging.
To lead a team of Plastic Injection Molding and Mechanical secondary Process Engineering staff to support the production lines and follow up the new model development and qualification.
To control and manage Engineering job scope such as BOM control, problem solving and Training
Attending to Mold fabrication progress, trial issues, schedule ,part quality and defect analysis
Monitoring and review QS document, BOM status and drawings
Coordinate with tool maker to review DFM and finalize tooling design for customer approval
