Responsibilities:
Manage employee life cycle processes and actively improve them to enhance employee experience
Develop and translate internal communication materials
Deliver high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services which includes proper handling of employees’ queries on HR matters
Ensure implementation of key processes and capabilities to support learning and growth for the organization
Provide support in ad-hoc HR initiatives/projects and tasks as required

Requirement:
Fluent to Native English capabilities
1 to 2 years of HR-related working experience
Bachelor Degree, preferably with specialization in Human Resource
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
Desire to build, develop and implement new ideas, at every level of the organization
Intelligent and self-motivated individual, willing to work hard, to achieve and exceed targets
Familiar with Chinese and Expat employment regulation
Knowledge of Chinese a plus
Experience in start up preferred
