Idea generation and development. Prepare idea sketch, rendering and dimensional drawing. Prepare Design Start/Turnover Package, including product spec, design sheet, content list, artwork and drawings. Aesthetic control on 3D modeling, cooperate with model shop / SG workshop & vendor Cooperate with different departments, problems solving in different phases of production. Review pre-production products. (Keep track of product function, sculpting, marking, coloring, texturing, packing &photo shooting.) Prepare product color spec. and instruction sheet for manufacturing Communicate with ES Design teams & Engineering to report project status Hold design project kick off meeting. Requirement:
University Graduate, majored in Industrial Design or related disciplines Minimum 1 year experience in Toy or related Industry Good sketching, rendering & drafting technique (by hand and computer)Good at 2D & 3D design software Familiar with industrial production processes. Good reading & written English Good ability of project management and team work spirit.
