Specific position requirements to include
Responsible for developing and consistent cost models analysis for parts that will be used to report the estimated product costs, these estimates will be used to determine product development/launch feasibility and profit forecasts.
Provide accurate cost model analysis to assists project department to confirm project cost control objectives.
Participates in making cost analysis report for the new project
To analysis assembly and manufacturing costs for new products which are being developed and existing products.
Propose improvements to the new product.

What you need to succeed in this position:
BS degree in Mechanical & Tooling Engineering at least 7 years or Master degree in Mechanical & Tooling Engineering at least 4 years metal tooling design and manufacture.
Thorough understanding of manufacturing process or experience with stamping, die-casting, metal extrusion, powder metallurgy, machining, metal part surface finished, etc.
Must be self-motivated, open mind, team player, strong skill on solidarity, accountable, innovative and able to work independently with little or direction
Must have ability to work smoothly with the entire organization across multiple functional specialties, especially engineering and design for assembly teams and the ability to interact cohesively across multiple international sites in north American and the Europe, Latin American, Asia.
Good communication & presentation skills both in English and mandarin are required, this includes writing specifications and reports in English.
Ability to travel internationally is required.
